This car is from the same range as yesterday's Studebaker.  Called the Dinky Collection by Matchbox it was on sale from 1988 to about 1992 as a competitor for the Vanguards range. I recently bought a superb collection of them, 50 cars or so, and they are working their way through the Little Wheels Shop. You'll find them under Dinky Toys in the Model Makers menu.

This is the 15cv Citroen Traction Avant (front wheel drive) that was made from the mid 30s to the mid 50s being replaced by the equally iconic DS. There are a number of diecasts of this car by different makers and this one I think is the best, looking its best too in cream.
