We charge for shipping based on the total weight of all items purchased. The checkout process adds up the weights and works out the shipping charge. We have included the weight of each item in its listing details so that you can keep track as you shop and work out the cost of shipping your purchases.

We always use new, high quality packaging materials. Our boxes are made for us to our own specification and are tough enough to prevent all but the most determined mail workers from damaging the contents, of course we compensate if items arrive damaged.
We pass on the cost of boxes and packing materials at cost as part of the shipping fee. Our assumption is that our customers would rather pay a little more to get their items in good condition.

Everything we sell is pre-owned, none of it is new.
When you read the descriptions of our models you will see the same descriptive terms cropping up, words like ‘Excellent’, ‘Good’ & ‘Fair’. While these are always a matter of judgement the list below gives an idea of the criteria we use to set these labels.
Excellent Plus – Not only is the model in perfect shiny condition, the box or packaging is pristine too
Excellent – No chips or blemishes to the finish of the model, packaging is complete and mostly unmarked
Very Good – There may be some small chips or blemishes on the model, the packaging may have a little wear. The model is complete in full working order
Good – The model is complete, undamaged and in working order. There could be some light playwear or displaywear and chipping. Packaging may be damaged or absent
Fair – There could be significant wear and paint loss, the model may be incomplete and/or not in full working order
Damaged – There is breakage or distortion to the model and/or very significant paint loss
Repainted – This can vary between the previous owner being a small child who got out their paint box one day and had a go and a professional restoration or code 3 model. You have to read the description and look at the pictures
Codes
Code 1 – A regular production line product from a recognized manufacturer
Code 2 – A non-catalogue variation of the model produced by the manufacturer as a special short run or one-off
Code 3 – A version never produced by the manufacturer, an individual or company has stripped and remade the model to make a new version.
Privacy notice
When you place an order with Little Wheels you will be asked for your name, mailing address, email address and phone number. By providing this data you consent to our processing this information as part of the transaction.
We keep this information on file for the purpose of maintaining proper business records, for example we are legally obliged to be able to be able to identify our customers in our VAT records.
We do not pass on your information to any organisation for any reason.

In simple terms we want you to love what you bought, and if you don’t love it you can return anything for any reason (or no reason at all) and get a full refund for up to 28 days after you bought it

We stand by everything we sell. If your item fails to arrive, arrives damaged or does not match the description we will take action to ensure you are satisfied.
Your Right to Change Your Mind:
If when your item arrives you decide you no longer want it, for whatever reason, you have the right to return it for a full refund of the purchase price in the 28 days following purchase. In this case we will expect you to pay the return shipping to us and the refund is conditional on our getting the item back in the same condition it left us.
