Please make sure you have opted in for receiving emails about points and rewards in the “Notification Preference” section on this page or in the “Points & Rewards” area of your account to receive the email notifications.
Coupons can be claimed and applied via the “My rewards” section on this page and in your account or by clicking the rewards button in the bottom right of your screen and selecting “redeem”
To redeem your loyalty rewards, please go to “my account” –> then select “Points & Rewards” from the menu on the left –> Scroll down to the section named “MY REWARDS” and click “Redeem Now” to claim a coupon for your discount. This coupon will automatically apply at the checkout once redeemed, If you would prefer not to use the coupon after claiming please select “remove” in the totals section in either the cart or checkout.
In addition to this you can also redeem your points on this page, scroll to the “My rewards section” or select the “Rewards” button at the bottom right of your screen and select “Redeem” in the pop up window.
How to find your coupons that have been claimed but not redeemed.
Select the “Points & Rewards” section in your account and navigate to the “MY REWARDS” section, then select “Coupons”. You will be presented with a list of coupons you can use, Click apply to add it to your next order automatically or select copy to add the code manually at the cart or checkout.
