Safe Shopping & Guarantees
We at Little Wheels want you to know that when you shop with us you are shopping safely. Above all if you have a problem please get in touch so that we can fix it.
There are a number of layers of protection.
We stand by everything we sell. If your item fails to arrive, arrives damaged (with the exception of certain countries - see below*) or does not match the description we will take it back without question and we will refund the purchase price and shipping. We will also pay the cost of return shipping to us.
Your Right to Change Your Mind:
If when your item arrives you decide you no longer want it, for whatever reason, you have the right to return it for a full refund of the purchase price and outward shipping in the 28 days following purchase. In this case we will expect you to pay the return shipping to us and the refund is conditional on our getting the item back in the same condition it left us.

When you pay by PayPal they offer the following guarantee to all buyers who use their service to pay for goods:
"If an eligible item that you’ve bought online doesn’t arrive, or doesn’t match the seller’s description, our Buyer Protection will reimburse you for the full amount of the item plus postage and packaging costs. Buyer Protection covers all your online purchases, on eBay or on any other website, when you use PayPal"

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (2000)
If all that was not enough you have protection under British Law. We as a business are fully compliant with the regulations under this act of Parliament.
* Guaranteed Delivery Exceptions
With regret we have been forced to make an exception to our guaranteed delivery rule. The postal service in some countries is very unreliable and we just lose too many parcels for us to continue as we have done in the past. If you live in one of the countries listed below we will no longer guarantee delivery, your options are to take the risk yourself or pay extra for tracked & insured shipping. Taking the risk yourself means that if your goods fail to arrive or arrive damaged then you take the loss.
